Do you supply directly from farmers?
Yes. Depending on the product, we source directly from farmers, farmer producer organisations (FPOs), processors, and trusted manufacturers to ensure consistent quality and competitive pricing.
How do you ensure product quality?
Every shipment is sourced from reliable suppliers and undergoes quality inspection based on buyer specifications before dispatch. Products can be customised on size, grade, colour, moisture, purity, curcumin level, piperine level, ASTA value, packaging, label design and private branding.
Can you source products not listed on your website?
Yes. We can source a wide range of Indian spices and agricultural products through our established supplier network.
Do you provide laboratory test reports?
Yes. Reports can include moisture, purity, curcumin, piperine, essential oil, microbiology, heavy metals, pesticide residues, aflatoxin, sudan dye and any other buyer-specific tests.
What packaging options are available?
Common packing options: 5, 10, 20, 25, 30 and 50 kg bags in PP, HDPE, jute, paper, vacuum packs, retail packs or fully customised packaging. Private-label packing with your brand, logo, barcode, QR code, nutrition label and multilingual labels is supported.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on product, grade, destination and packaging. Generally one pallet or one full container is preferred, though smaller trial orders may be accommodated.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Samples can be arranged for quality evaluation. Courier and sample costs may apply depending on the product and destination.
What payment terms and methods do you accept?
Common methods: Advance Payment (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), CAD (Cash Against Documents) where mutually agreed, and other secure international payment methods. Terms vary by order size and customer relationship and are mutually agreed before order confirmation.
Which shipping terms and Indian ports do you use?
We supply under EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP (Incoterms 2020, as agreed). Depending on cargo location, shipments load from Chennai, Tuticorin (VOC Port), Cochin, Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Mundra, Visakhapatnam and Kolkata.
Which export documents do you provide?
Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading or Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate (where applicable), Fumigation Certificate (if required), Quality / Laboratory Test Reports, Insurance Certificate (for CIF shipments), and other documents as required by the importing country. Third-party inspection can be arranged on request.
